Oct-10-14  Petrosianic: No, but the game is amazing, in some unspecified way. Or maybe it isn't. Who knows?

HeMateMe: Well, apparently the black king can't come out so fast, or the game will be a draw.

Go Fabs! every game can't be decisive.

ajk68: Black's king cannot go to c4 after the rook gives check on d1. Otherwise b3+ with a forced move to white's third rank followed by Bf4+ (discovered), winning a rook.

I think the capture of the pawn on b3+ is forced as well. Otherwise, I don't see a way to avoid mate for black.

In the absence of another threat to contend with, white will win the h-pawns and the game will be drawn.

25. Rh3 looks to be a strong move, allowing doubling of the rooks as well as defensive capability on the third rank. Rh2 would not have been nearly as strong.

Oct-11-14  AngeLa: amazing theoretical line :)
