  Check It Out: That's a clever back rank tactic. I'm surprised Kramnik fell in to it.

  Check It Out: I think the key to the resignation is that after 31...Qe1+ 32.Kg2 Ne3+ 33.Kh3 the white knight protects both the f1 and h1 checking squares.

Feb-14-15  aliasniamor: On 31.Qc6 It seems to me 31... Rf8 (and maybe others rook moves) could allow black to survive a little longer. But I didn't check it that well though.
