Yes, this is one of those rare instances when the king is safer <IN THE CENTER>, because the White c3-pawn shields the king on e1 from <CHECKS>.

The White king on g1 allowed Eljanov to play the only move 27 ... ♕c7-b6+!= ▢.

  Penguincw: I always find it strange when a player makes a move and resigns before their opponent can respond.

I know black was winning, but 60.Qg7 kinda puzzles me. White was probably hoping for 60...Bxg7 61.Kxf2, but then realized black is still winning. Right?
