perfidious: Contrary to the views of some, he was never away.
Nov-15-15  shintaro go: Excellent, no nonsense win by Rapport. Welcome back to the 2700 club
Nov-15-15  Pulo y Gata: Fressinet labored hard and long to regain a pawn he squandered. Great conversion by Rapport.
Dec-07-15  fisayo123: This was pure inspiration from Rapport. From the timely pawn sacs to the double rook sacs (albeit for a queen). Just fantastic.
Dec-19-15  Sularus: thanks for allowing the mate, GM fressinet.

Richard Taylor: The old loose Q on a6 and the old thematic f5 push...I was waiting for that as soon as the Q went to a6...

An Englishman: Good Evening: <FSR>, we all stand (in my case, sit) in awe of you, but what is the word play with "Rapport's Delight?"

offramp: If the name was pronounced the same as the French word <rapport> then this might be a reasonable pun. But it isn't. The name is pronounced like Newport but with a RA instead of a NEW as the first syllable. He is Hungarian, not French.

It reminds me of that famous German player Jean Dufresne, pronounced DU-FREZ-NEE.

Oct-06-17  uniqueid: <FSR> thanks for the link to the youtube video, now the Netflix Hip-Hop evolution is also on my watch list. The pun and the game are both very delightful. That knight on d6 must be a cousin of Kasparov's Octopus knight.

thegoodanarchist: Ironically, <Rapper's Delight> by The Sugar Hill Gang is considered one of the greatest <Hip Hop> songs of all time.

thegoodanarchist: For *my* money, though, this is the best Hip Hop song:

Oct-06-17  Strelets: This treatment of Bird's Opening (turning it into a reversed Dutch) seems to make the most sense.
