GrahamClayton: Merriman agrees to a draw against a higher-rated opponent, but I think he has winning chances, especially with the rook close to the blalack king and the possibility of using the open g-file.

I assume 24. Rg3 g6 25. Bxg6 fxg6 26. Rxg6+

SF gives 24... Rf4 25. Rxg7+ Kh8 26. Rh7+ Kg8 27. Rxh6 Qd4+ 28. Kh1 Rxf1+ 29. Qxf1 Qd2 30. Rh5 Rd8 31. h4 a5 32. Bh7+ Kf8 33. Be4

In both cases Black is dead lost.

Jun-12-18  WorstPlayerEver: PS lol White actually played 24. Rg3!
I'm such a dummy.
