Kibitzer's Corner
Apr-22-08  Alphastar: He's 13 years old. His current dutch ELO is 2169.
Jul-13-08  TheaN: Arthur Pijpers, a fellow club member of mine, became the clubchampion this year. After the Essent Open he faired in other tournaments and the Dutch national competition to reach a current FIDE rating of 2150 (the rating may be updated cg) and a KSNB, higher than Alphastar said, of 2183.

I've played him a few times, a week or four back in the club's champion group actually (and I lost kinda hard in a classic Sicilian), which I all lost. I could upload a few games... as a few are in close reach.

Jul-23-13  TheaN: Received his second IM norm at Leiden (2013) with an impressive 6/9. Ever since my post back in '08 Pijpers has improved his game. I have not played him since, but I occasionally follow his progression via my chessclub where he's played for years.
