Grandmaster.

Evgeny Shtembuliak gained the FIDE Master title when he won the 2009 European U10 Open Championship. He also came =1st with Turkey's Cemil Can Ali Marandi (count back placement unclear) in the European U12 Open in 2010. Fighting above his weight, he subsequently came =2nd in the 2010 Ukraine Boys Under 16 Chess Championship. Continuing this trend, in 2011 he won the Ukrainian Boys Under 14 Chess Championship, placed fourth in the Ukrainian Boys Under 16 Chess Championship and competed in the Ukrainian Championship (semifinal) scoring 4/9 and adding nearly 30 ELO points on the basis of this last event alone. He won the World Junior Championship (2019) .
