Karpova: This game R Cosulich vs A Rubinstein, 1967 is probably from Serie A of the 8th Italian Team Championship at Recoaro Terme, 1967.

Trieste (Filipovic, Cosulich, Daveglia, Gioulis and Kovacic) won with 13.5/20 ahead of Milan (12.5) and "Fenarete Milano" (11.5). Alfred Rubinstein most likely played for one of the teams from Milan. I guess it was "Fenarete Milano" since he palyed for them in 1962 (Rubinstein 3½/7). On the other hand, he played for the "Milano" team in 1959 (board 3).

So it is possibly Alfred, the 'Italian Rubinstein', but imo a confirmation is needed before uploading them.

Karpova: Interestingly, a player named Alfred Rubinstein won the Chemnitz City Championship in 1933. I guess that these two players are not identical though.
