Woman International Master and National Arbiter.

Styazhkina became a WFM in 2007, gaining the title by winning the World Girls (U10) Championship. She also won the 2012 World Girls (U16) Championship, gaining a WIM norm as well. In May 2013 she was awarded the WIM title. She won the European U16 Girls Championship in 2013 with 8.5/9, (1) and placed 3rd at the European U16 Girls Championship in 2014. (2) Daughter of Olga Stjazhkina.
