BORIS EVGENIEVICH MALIUTIN
(born Aug-26-1883, died 1920) Russia

Russian chess master. He was one of the organizers of the St. Petersburg 1914 International Tournament, held in April-May, 1914. He helped create an All-Russian Chess Union.

In August 1914, while playing at Mannheim, Germany, he was interned by Germany after the declaration of war against Russia.

He died at Rostov-on-Don in 1920.
