  Penguincw: Ori Kobo finishes in a 7-way tie for 1st at the Teplice Open, as he scored 7/9 (+5,-0,=4) to finish 7th overall.

Unfortunately for him, he only faced 1 GM (drew Yuri Solodovnichenko with white in the last round), who was also the only player he faced rated over 2401, so no GM norm for him (TPR 2550).

But he does get 7.3 rating points to move up to 2497.3.
