USCF President Beatriz Marinello's statement on the death of IM Victor Frias

My friend IM Victor Frias just passed away about one hour ago. Victor was the coach of GMs Patrick Wolff and Ilya Gurevich.

On Monday, we will be sending condolences to his family and flowers to his service. We will all miss him very much.. Victor was like a brother to me, he was also born in Chile and we have been friends since 1979.
