  offramp: Sri Lanka are not doing very well against England at the moment; they are 141-8 in reply to England's 551-6.

The Mat 11th start to this match was not good for Muralitharan and the remaining Tests will be better for him.

Jul-16-06  samsal27: IM Lanka Ravi made his second GM norm in the recently concluded Andorra tournament. He had made his first one three years ago in India. Well done Lanka, we want to see you as a Grandmaster ASAP!!
Jul-17-06  samsal27: Clarification - Lanka Ravi did not make the GM norm. Performance rating was not maintained and hence the Hindu report is not correct. Please disregard the same.
Sep-24-06  samsal27: Lanka Ravi won the National 'B' in Ahmedabad, Gujarat in fine style. He was undefeated in the 13 rounds -
