  OlimpBase: Sadly, he died on May 29th, 2015 (age 55).
May-30-15  Karposian: There are a couple of fine wins by Tibensky over David Navara in the <CG> database, both from 1999. Of course, Navara was only 14 years of age back then, but still, he was already a rather strong player.
