Héðinn Steingrímsson, or the english spelling: Hedinn Steingrimsson <'ð' as 'th' in 'father'>, was born in 1975, Icelandic. Became world champion of children (12 years and younger) in 1987. International Master, his current rating is 2447.

Aug-05-07  Halldor: IM Hedinn Steingrimsson (2470) became a GM today when he won the Mladá Boleslva international tournament in Czech Republic. He draw against Sebastian Plischki (2397) in the 9th and last round.
