there is a key describing women's titles.

<WH> isn't listed, but appears to be Women's Honorary GM, as above.

As far as I can tell she is the only women accorded this title.

Please note that FIDE apparently has stopped giving out honorary GM titles. Only a few were given out, and were reserved for world recognized players whose peak preceded the official title.

As these few players died, their FIDE cards were (unfortunately) retired, and so these title will eventually disappear from the active FIDE player's list.

Vreenen is still living (*), which explains why she is still listed, though she is presumably no longer active.
