Penguincw: Happy 53rd birthday to GM Serikbay Temirbaev. At the 2014 Olympiad, he's captaining Kazakhstan. I'm pretty sure he would love if his 49th seeded team could pull off an upset against 13th seeded Cuba (draw would probably count as success, considering Cuba's 4th board has a higher rating than his 1st board).
