  Penguincw: Congrats to IM Bachana Morchiashvili for winning the Batumi Open. He entered as the 22nd seed at 2322, but finished in sole first with 7/9 (+6,-1,=2), ahead of 3 people, who finished with 6.5/9.

He gains 40.9 rating points from this, and I believe has a TPR of 2669, so that's good enough for a GM norm.
