sisyphus: He. Enkhbat finished equal first with GM Alex Onischuck at the Fairfax (Virginia) Open today.

And both USCF and FIDE records list him as Enkhbat, Tegshsuren; so I think cg.com has the names switched.

Aug-03-11  BrennanPrice: I asked him about his name at the first Fairfax Open in 2010 (when I was writing him the first place check). The convention in Mongolia is that the family name (Enkhbat) is the first name. cg.com has the name correct at the top of this page, but the list of games should have his name as "Enkhbat" instead of "E Tegshsuren".

sisyphus: He's playing in my tournament. I asked him what he wanted to be called. He said "E.K."; that's his handle on the U.S. Chess League, where he plays for the Baltimore Kingfishers.
