perfidious: Never knew my old friend Hugh had a page here till now-we first met at one of the USA-Canada matches which were held in fall 1976 in a number of venues near the borders of both countries.

Once in a while, he'd drive to Burlington, Vermont and play a Saturday event in the club, then we'd meet now and again when I went to Montreal to play either the Friday or Saturday night blitz tournaments in the 1990s.
