Penguincw: Congrats to FM Ishaq Saeed (2204) for his performance at the Elite Arab Championship. He entered as the 10th seed, but finished in 5th place as the highest placing IM (and 2nd-highest non-GM), ahead of 4th seed GM Mohamed Haddouche (2492), who he beat with black in R4.

Saeed gained a whopping 47 rating points for his 2423 TPR. Good enough for an IM norm?
