Jul-18-06  rjsolcruz: I hope to see Enrico play in the RP Chess Teams for the Olympiad and Asian Games. With his strong showing in the 2006 World Open, he is a big asset, for flag and country.
Aug-29-06  rainbowxpress: Why is it that Enrico was not FIDE-listed in the Philippines as one of the players?
Aug-29-06  NOKRO: <rainbowxpress: Why is it that Enrico was not FIDE-listed in the Philippines as one of the players?>

He is playing for the United States Chess Federation. He is an American citizen obviously.

Aug-29-06  rainbowxpress: He should apply for dual citizenship, so he could also play for the Philippines in the future!
Jul-11-07  MaxxLange: I like this player a lot. Very strong IM (I think), who plays interesting games, and he seemed like a nice guy when I met him briefly.
Jul-11-07  VinnyRoo2002: He is extremely nice. For a player of his strength, he is probably the nicest player I know.
Jul-25-07  southpawjinx: <VinnyRoo2002> Ye Enrico is one of the nicest guys I have met also. I have pic with him at the 2005 N. American Open. BTW, how is the game analysis going. I would have been by the club to pick up that stuff, but I work on those nights. When is your next tournament?
Sep-04-07  katar: As an IM who is of GM strength, Sevillano is a "Super IM". super nice guy, too.
Oct-14-07  renecon: Too bad RP never supported player like him. I met him yesterday in Reno, NV winning his first 2 games.
Oct-18-07  gebeck: Enrico has how many GM Norms so far?
where was his last tournament? anyone
knows? Thanks a million.
Jun-12-08  jurado96: nice guy and very solid
i like to see the game he lost to minasian in a chicago open 1998 i think can somebody post the game?
Aug-11-08  timhortons: IM sevillano mabuhay ka! congrats for winning the US open 2008!!!!

Jun-08-09  pinoymaster77: If I read it right, Enrico's FIDE rating is 2557 which puts him at about same ELO as Eugene (Phils current #2), and his USCF is 2520.

That would be interesting to have common tournaments with Pinoys.

Also noted Ricky de Guzman fared well with 4 pts and his FIDE is above 2400...

Jun-09-09  Pinoychess: Congrats
