TheFocus: Happy birthday, GM Pablo San Segundo Carrillo.
Jun-08-18  diagonal: Winner at the international <6th Najdorf Tournament in Buenos Aires 1995>, on tie-break (SB 38.5:38.25) above shared first Loek van Wely, followed by 3./4. Nick De Firmian, and Hugo Spangenberg, 5. Matthew Sadler, twelve players including veteran Oscar Panno.

Pablo San Segundo Carillo won that traditional tournament (Najdorf was still alive) as an IM, making his third and final gm norm to become a grandmaster, he had already surpassed the required Elo points then.
