Nov-01-13  kereru: What happened to this guy? Very nice win by him against Nir Grinberg.

GrahamClayton: From what I found, Wong eventually emigrated to the United States, where he played in Orlando, Florida.

His performance in the World U20 was amazing, considering he had no coach, trainer or second. That win against Grinberg was awarded the brilliancy prize for the tournament.

He obviously had natural talent, but without the support required to achieve in the international level, he could never become a really great player.

Dec-31-17  Sularus: what a great gap - 1976 and 1991!
