| Frisco Del Rosario is a chess teacher and writer from the San Francisco Bay Area. He was named 2005 Chess Journalist of the Year by the Chess Journalists of America, and teacher of the week in August 2004 by the San Jose Mercury News. He edited the California Chess Journal from 2001 to 2003, when the magazine won awards for analysis and general excellence. His book, "A First Book of Morphy", was published in fall 2004. |
