Chessinfinite: One thing worth noting, is that this event seems to have a very high percentage of wins, maybe even the highest with 20+ wins already. Nice. Something in the Norwegian water ?

Chessinfinite: I would not be so worried about the cow, sacred or not. I would be more concerned what the dominant senior ox with a unsatisfied libido would do to the calf among the ox in November in that country, where only cow abuse is considered an offence, and not calf abuse :))

Chessinfinite: Gelfand missed Qh5 and likely draw around the 40th move, and so Carlsen opens his score. Aronian was lucky that Chucky screwed up in time trouble, it looked like holdable for white given more time i think. Chucky needs to forget about chess on the rest day...
