May-17-13 Norway Chess Tournament (2013) (replies)

Chessinfinite: One thing worth noting, is that this event seems to have a very high percentage of wins, maybe even the highest with 20+ wins already. Nice. Something in the Norwegian water ?

   May-11-13 Magnus Carlsen (replies)

Chessinfinite: I would not be so worried about the cow, sacred or not. I would be more concerned what the dominant senior ox with a unsatisfied libido would do to the calf among the ox in November in that country, where only cow abuse is considered an offence, and not calf abuse :))

   May-10-13 Viswanathan Anand (replies)

Chessinfinite: Great game by World Champion Anand to beat Topalov in a Sicilian today in Rd 3 of Norway Chess . The more i see it, the more awesome'er' it gets !.. Class act that one.

May-10-13 Anand vs Topalov, 2013 (replies)

Chessinfinite: Awesome game from the World Champion. A Class act in a Sicilian against its most renowned expert !

   Apr-29-13 Veselin Topalov (replies)

Chessinfinite: Don't underestimate Topalov. If Topalov find his 2005 form, Carlsen is toast. I am pretty sure of that. Maybe Topalov did not give his best against Carlsen yet, so past results mean not much. <Last time a interviewer asked if Carlsen was worried about Anand after his ...

   Apr-29-13 Alekhine Memorial (2013) (replies)

Chessinfinite: Looks like Anand taught the french kid who the real master is :). Laurent should work for Anand, instead of Kramnik. Beautiful game by Vishy today. Nice.

   Apr-29-13 Laurent Fressinet

Chessinfinite: Laurent was made to behave properly by the World Champion today at Alekhine Memorial. Fressinet's brilliance may work against his master Kramnik, not against Anand :! Maybe Laurent will consider kissing Anand's shoe next time :)

Apr-21-13 World Championship Candidates (2013) (replies)

Chessinfinite: Andrey Filatov - "I hope Mr Anand will keep the crown for the Russians" .. in the press conference in Paris. I don't know about others but i find this extremely negative towards Anand. What is it with these Russian jokers? A lowly player like Filatov ought to keep his mouth ...

   Apr-17-13 Peter Heine Nielsen

Chessinfinite: Peter Heine Nielsen is one of the best trainer/ coach/ seconds any player in the World can have today. Anand knows this, and so does Carlsen. Absolutely the 'winning edge' in preparation imo to have him in the team. I think Anand will be thankful to Peter Heine Neilsen for his

Mar-18-13 Gelfand vs Carlsen, 2013 (replies)

Chessinfinite: Gelfand missed Qh5 and likely draw around the 40th move, and so Carlsen opens his score. Aronian was lucky that Chucky screwed up in time trouble, it looked like holdable for white given more time i think. Chucky needs to forget about chess on the rest day...
