Oh yeah, hopefully before this world gets ravaged by nukes, a computer will be able to calculate the best move, the perfect move, in response to the move by its opponent. Basically, chess will be "solved."

DeltaHawk: Basically, Nakamura resigns because he either loses his rook or bishop, right? If he tries to protect his bishop with Rd5, Giri will fork Nak's king and rook, so Nak's rook will be lost. If Nak does Rg4, then Giri does a fork, likewise. The least cost that Nak will have to endure ...
