I am a candidate master from Winnipeg Manitoba, Canada. A student of FM Kevin Gentes. A fairly handy attacker; particularly strong (24-2600) in the opening, I teach my students minor sidelines in the Queen's gambit Tarrash

In particular this opening was shown in depth to me by my coach FM Gentes (2400+) via transmission from the late Great GM D. A Yanofsky who taught Gentes the french cuase it was all Yanofsky ever played. Kings indian and Benoni's

I play as often as I can, but am a 23 year old Psych student who lives alone and works to support himself. I have 6 chess students and have published analysis.    Jun-29-17 Nakamura vs M Vachier-Lagrave, 2017

DiscoJew: Max kicks some butt in a Benoni...vs Hikaru. After 15...nb5 Black's game is the more natural, easier game to play. I just love MVL with the black pieces, always fighting, sharp, risk taking, dynamic & unbalanced chess!

DiscoJew: Powerful game. The idea for black in accepting the 3 isolated doubled pawns, which look horrible, but yet somehow play is achieved. I liked the Black King suddenly reminding us how important a piece it is,in blocking the e5 pawn on move 25...Ke6 (black challenges white to make ...
