FISCHERboy: What's with the joke? It's all Greek to me. :)

   May-18-13 Wesley So (replies)

FISCHERboy: Rd5? Any evaluation for this move?

Mar-14-13 Steinitz vs Von Bardeleben, 1895

FISCHERboy: <shepi13: Why do people keep saying that c6 was a bad move in earlier pages.> It makes sense (Qxe7 Qxe7, Rxe7, Kxe7, Rxc7+, K moves, Rxb7 plus winning two pawns.)

   Mar-13-13 J H Sarratt vs NN, 1818 (replies)

FISCHERboy: My turn! 24. Bxd6 Kd8 25. Qb6 Kd7 26. Bxb5 Ke6 27. d5 nice combo.

   Mar-04-13 W So vs M Dziuba, 2013 (replies)

FISCHERboy: 21.Rfxd1 Nxe5 22.c6!

   Feb-27-13 Reykjavik Open (2013) (replies)

FISCHERboy: There's slim chance the game between Eljanov and So will be decisive, especially this last round where both would be surely EXTRA careful, with Eljanov most likely to play a safe, "drawing" game as a draw will give him the championship title. It's a tall order for Wesley So. Only

   Feb-20-13 W So vs M Andersen, 2013 (replies)

FISCHERboy: Is 36... f5 a blunder? All hell broke loose when Andersen let Wesley's rook penetrate the kingside.

   Feb-17-13 D Fridman vs Caruana, 2013 (replies)

FISCHERboy: What's the purpose of 39.... g5?

   Jan-20-13 Tata Steel (2013) (replies)

FISCHERboy: Even with 77. Re1, couldn't see a win. But that's my patzer eyes. Carlsen is on another level.

   Jan-07-13 Polugaevsky vs E Torre, 1981

FISCHERboy: 17. h4 also looked like a blunder to my limited chess mind. But after analyzing it thoroughly, it made sense. Lev implemented two important strategies with one move: protect his marching kingside pawns and at the same time make Torre's rook impotent.
