martin moller: Hello Mr.Jean Defuse and congratulations with your forum, you have a lot of interesting posts, especially the old Danish games. I have done a little research myself but never come across the Blankensteiner games. You know maybe Blankensteiner had a opponent Holm, but no games has survived, maybe you can help ?

martin moller: I´m a little surprised that Mollerstrom posted games in Deutsche Schach zeitung, i knew that Soren Anton Sorensen did. But of course Von der Lasa also visited Copenhagen chess club in the 1840, so the danes did have a link to Germany at that time.
