I love this game but i think its a big waste of time to play or analyse too much. The greatest player in the past 30 years:G.Kasparov;if you dont agree, look at his rating doring these years. The greatest mystery :why didnt kasparov require a rematch clause in the contract for the WC MATCH with kramnik??!This was the greatest gift kramnik has ever received.Certainly the greatest mystery in the history of chess.

Shakh Matov: I would have liked it much more if Kramnik would retire.

Shakh Matov: it seems bronstein offers the rook to gain a tempo or two and whats more his bishop would look very nice at g4.mowing the rook away make it harder to catch the badly placed bishop at h6 but by offering the lose of the exchange black gains temni and goes for the h6 with his queen

Shakh Matov: i did not say anything about spaghetti or meat balls.my point was that the theory is mathematical and does not have a source in the physical world.einsteins great theories came to him from purely physical considerations and mathematics came afterwards to give his ideas precision

Apr-07-04 Judit Polgar vs Kasparov, 2002 (replies)

Shakh Matov: you are very correct alexadrovm.the score between j.polgar and garry is something like 8-1 in favore of g.kasparov.this win will never be repeated, and altough i like the polgar sisters ,her fans sometimes get rather anoing.as has been said garry is stll #1 and judit is somewhere
