I did want to ask you if you've noticed anyone complaining about frozen youtube counts again? All three of my chess channels have had frozen counts for over 24 hours now. I just posted a complaint on the HELP forum, and one person already replied they had the same problem. If you see anything on this, please send me the link? Merry Christmas! |

| | jessicafischerqueen: Oh also thanks for those security tips from you and your sisters. I did the Yahoo BLOCKING technique and it worked except one weasel keeps getting through with her spam friend invites. I also tried the "de-linked GOOBLE" search and it does make a difference. On that topic-
Do you know that my computer has started showing a chess avatar when I go to my "start menu"? It didn't before, and I didn't upload the icon.
That means my computer "knew" that 99 percent of my searches are on chess, and my computer gave me a chess icon by itself. It better not start telling me what to do or I'll take a hammer to it. |

| | jessicafischerqueen: <Thanh> offer thanks for your help and new links today, and to let you know- I got two replies from the youtube help thread I started today, and I was right, some people had their view counts frozen starting from Dec. 7, which is when my accounts froze too. Happily, they now appear to be unfrozen, and I'm estimating that I got back my normal amount of view counts I should have gotten. QUESTION: What do you think of the new Channel Design? It's a version they beta tested a month or so ago but they called it COSMIC PANDA, but now I think they dropped the name. I don't mind it myself, except that I can't figure out how to see 1.My channel visit count
2. My list of subscribers
3. My list of friends
4. My list of subscriptions
Other than that, I don't see any problem with it.
I realize that no matter what feedback they get, we will all soon be forced to use the new format. I wish they didn't change it so often, it always seems just when I figure out how to work one format they change it again. Of course it takes me a year to learn one format because I'm not a "fast learner" per se. |
