   Jan-06-17 M van der Werf vs D Vocaturo, 2011

bharat123: 40..b5+ is forced mate.

   Sep-10-16 Smyslov vs Botvinnik, 1955

bharat123: I tried 27.Qxa4 in 'Guess the move' with the idea 27..Rxa4 28.Rxe8 Nxe8 29.Ne6 threatening Rf8 mate. Black cannot avoid mate without giving up the Night. But I was awarded zero points. Is there any refutation to my variation. comments please

   Nov-13-15 R Rapport vs G Gajewski, 2014 (replies)

bharat123: My first look was at An interesting variation 27.Qxe5 fxe5 28.f6+ Kf8(If 28..Ke6 29.Bd5, and if 28..Ke8 29Ng7+ Qxg7 30.fxg7) 29.Rd8 Be8 30.Ng7 Qxg7 31.Rxe8 Kxe8 32.fxg7.

   Jun-30-15 Lasker vs J Troxler, 1935

bharat123: 12.Rh8+ Kxh8 (12..Kf7 13.Qh5 g6 14 Rh7) 13.Qh5+ Kg8 14.g6 wins quickly. Check this game Blackburne vs NN, 1894

   Jun-26-15 Rubinstein vs Levenfish, 1911

bharat123: 21.Re5 appears to be strong, denying any counterplay for black. White can liesurely pick up the c3 pawn and pound on e6 with all pieces. also whites c pawn can march while black is burdened with defending the weak e pawn.

   Jun-05-15 V Petrov vs R Grau, 1939 (replies)

bharat123: Why not 28.Nxb7 and if 28..Rxb7 29.Qa6 Rb8 30.b7 wins.

   Mar-29-15 D Donchev vs Topalov, 1989 (replies)

bharat123: I Think White missed 12.Nxd5.

   Feb-26-15 Movsesian vs M Gurevich, 2000 (replies)

bharat123: 35..Bg2+ 36.Kxg7 Qd2+ 37.Rf2 Rh2+ is deadly.

Jan-07-15 Beliavsky vs Kupreichik, 1973 (replies)

bharat123: An interesting continuation is 25.Qb3+ Kh8 (25..Kf8 26.Bc5+ Ke8 27.Qg8+ Bf8 28. Qxf8) 26.Bxg7+ Kxg7 27.Qxb7 winning the rook
