   Dec-04-10 Joshua Waitzkin (replies)

chess man: Happy birthday Josh Waitzkin! You helped me discover the amazing world of chess nine years ago; and for that I thank you.

Aug-08-08 Blackburne vs Steinitz, 1883 (replies)

chess man: White was consistent in development, opened up the game with the e-pawn and f-pawns, and it paid off.

   Aug-06-08 J L Arnason vs Kasparov, 1977 (replies)

chess man: <chessgames.com> 0-1

   Jun-09-08 Tigran Vartanovich Petrosian (replies)

chess man: <CapablancaFan> Thanks for recommending that great game. It's an excellent example of Petrosian's style.

   Mar-07-08 Viswanathan Anand (replies)

chess man: Congratulations Anand!

Feb-29-08 Anand vs Shirov, 2008 (replies)

chess man: Excellent play by Anand!

   Feb-26-08 Joseph Henry Blackburne (replies)

chess man: Blackburne is one the greatest players from that era. I love his games!

   Jan-18-08 Robert James Fischer (replies)

chess man: It's a shame that Fischer didn't go on to do more for or with chess. He had so much talent, but now he is gone; and so is that small possibility of him reappearing in the chess world. A great loss to chess.

   Nov-06-06 C W Pritchett vs Miles, 1973

chess man: Should be 54...Qb1#. White's attack soon vanished and black took full advantage of the postion. A very enjoyable game that was well played by Miles.

Oct-26-06 The World vs A Nickel, 2006 (replies)

chess man: Quick question: Whose winning?
