The people on this site have one of the lowest collective IQ's in all of chess.

Coupled with their lack of self worth and fanboy attractions to has-been players of yesteryear, it makes for a miserable experience to anyone that is looking for real dialogue with real people about real issues.

If you are into gushing effusively about things that are beyond your ability to really understand, this is a great site for you.

Most people here have married their own self worth and image to a player or players they love and if anyone mentions the fact that such player is actually human and may in fact be less than perfect....watch out. You will be attacked by the intellectual midges and gnats that are the bulk of the site's population.

Thus, repellent is highly recommended for anyone with a fully functioning brain, sense of humor and ability to understand multiple perspectives that may not be mutually exclusive.

Good luck!

drkodos: Woody Wood Pusher: So long as their are are those that believe the Apollo Missions were a hoax there are those that will believe that a clear hoax is not. Cockroaches and ignorance will live on long beyond humans.

drkodos: AnalyzeThis: "Face it. The quality of play in that game was low, and bordered on coffeehouse chess." Good, maybe some of the masses here have chance of understanding it then.

drkodos: "why Fritz or Rybka would allow Kramnik to be in a losing position?" This statement demonstrates a complete ignorance about computers and their shortcomings.

drkodos: "Travis Bickle: Robert James Fischer will always be America's King!" Only to people that do not realize that chess, like science, builds upon the works of others, and that those that come latter will always move things further along. Very small, selfish and silly to really believe ...

drkodos: "I wonder if he will explain to us how he made such a terrible blunder?" If he really knew the answer, had capabilities to know, he would not have done it.

drkodos: I think Robson's chess suffers a bit because of his somewhat "normal" life. j/k He's a good human being with a lot to offer and it's great to see his success in chess but I am also looking forward to all the other things he will also do with that wonderfully creative brain of his.

drkodos: "and I may well dust off the manuscript and plug away in a desultory manner for a few more pages rather than squandering what is left of my existence on blitzing inanely on playchess.com ." ....or wasting such great writing here on an ethereal website where words are nothing more ...

drkodos: Congrats to Gata Kamsky for a well earned and convincing victory.

drkodos: Blacksburg, actually my mom is so dead.

But, when she wasn't, she was so fat that when she jumped in the air she would get stuck.

May-01-09   number 23 NBer: You have a veeery interesting profile. I must say that parts of it are not lacking in correctness, and nothing appears to be blatantly wrong. I resent the IQ thing though.

I don't have any good insults, as my imagination is in the emergency room. It doesn't look good. It's last words were: "Whatever happens to me, don't forget to feed the cat every second Thursday. You wouldn't want it to get obese, after all." So, to take a page out of my brother's book:

Your momma's so fat, she's fat.

eternaloptimist: The "your mama's so fat" jokes are hilarious. LOL :D How about this 1? Your mama's so fat when she gets cut she bleeds gravy.
