i teach chess to kids 13-18 years old. i have no rating, and no experiences with tournament play. however, i believe i play at class B strength. my favorite players? cappablanca for his natural talent and quick play (he is a second morphy in that way), emmanuel lasker for his inclusion of the human / psycological factor in his chess play. i admire anyone who can use mind games to make a lost position into a won game. i guess i'm a confidence trickster by nature.
i am also a big fan of tigran petrosian, who blows my mind; and viktor korchnoi who i believe is one of the most solid players in the history of the game.
