   Jun-18-14 N Rogers vs J Foucault, 2001 (replies)

jahhaj: IIRC it starts with a teaser, describing the circumstances of a man who is about to die. I had to read 900 odd pages to find out how he got himself into that situation. It wasn't worth finding out.

   May-20-14 Y Yakovich vs Bronstein, 1994 (replies)

jahhaj: So the pun refers to Weird Al Yankovich? Pretty weak IMHO.

   May-20-14 V Ni vs I Krush, 2014 (replies)

jahhaj: Krush missed a win here with 30...Rg7. The point is in the line 31.Qxf5 Bc8 32.Qf4 Rg2+ 33.Rf2 Qh6!! This amazing queen sacrifice wins. 34.Qxh6 Rxf2+ 35.Kd1 Bg4+ 36.Ne2 Rexe2 and mate follows shortly.

   Mar-21-14 D Andreikin vs Topalov, 2014 (replies)

jahhaj: Too deep for Topalov! Its a shame because I like his style of play, but he's such a tool I can't help cheering when he loses.

   Dec-31-13 Dominic Lawson (replies)

jahhaj: Games and links to audio from Dominic Lawson's radio series 'Across the Board'. Notable opponents are Hou Yifan and Lennox Lewis http://www.chess.co.uk/acrosstheboa...

Nov-16-13 Anand vs Carlsen, 2013 (replies)

jahhaj: <hedgeh0g> Sensible question, but bad timing, and persisting with it when Anand clearly wasn't in the mood was stupid.

Sep-08-13 Ivanchuk vs Csom, 1989 (replies)

jahhaj: <jerman88: Why not 17...Kc6?> 18.Qxc8+ wins

   Aug-12-13 D Howell vs D Gormally, 2013 (replies)

jahhaj: <FSR> Kc8 draws, Kc7 loses, I think.

   Jul-16-13 B Pantebre Martinez vs R Weber, 1970

jahhaj: I won two games in a row on ChessBase with this trap. Both opponents had respectable grades. They also both had the decency to resign after losing the piece. 4...Ne4 is a perfectly good move, so you might as well try it.

   Jun-10-13 Khalifman vs T Kaftan, 1997 (replies)

jahhaj: White plays only pawn moves from 5 to 13. I love it when Black plays a dubious opening and White shows it no respect at all.
