Chess confuses me greatly and yet I love it?
I play online at and my rating jumps about the 1500 mark, so to be fair I am fairly pants at this noble sport. However, I am intent on getting better. en-guard!

mr j: Just wanted to say hi Nigel. My first memories of being interested in chess were when you faught the mighty kasparov and it was being covered by the uk news (that's sadly totally rubbish at following any chess now). Shame about the result, but it was totally insperational.
