   Dec-14-09 T Nyback vs U Von Herman, 2009 (replies)

prinsallan: Thanks <Once>. Felt like a rather solid attack from white. The king has found himself in a rather serious situation. I think I would win this against an equal opponent.

   Jun-22-09 Rublevsky vs S Y Shipov, 1991 (replies)

prinsallan: QxB removes the defnder of the fork and wins (at least) a minor piece in 3 moves.

Jun-22-09 Rybka vs Jonny, 2006 (replies)

prinsallan: Cool trade- Q for three minors. Most computers would think its an even trade, but Rybka plays such a solid defense and covers so many squares with the minor pieces that you just sit back totally stunned.

Jun-22-09 Rybka vs Ehlvest, 2007 (replies)

prinsallan: Rybka = saccing machine!

Jun-22-09 Rybka vs Diep, 2007 (replies)

prinsallan: @capin: 15... Nxc3 is much too dangerous because of 16 fxe6 -opens up infront of the King, with threats allover the place. 15... Nxf2 is equally bd since this allows white to form an Alekhine gun and then opening up. Im sorry, but 15. f5 is the clencher, a real beauty.

Jun-22-09 The King vs Rybka, 2006

prinsallan: In the ending attack, whites pieces are so pinned the cant move in any direction ^^

Jun-22-09 Rybka vs Shredder, 2007 (replies)

prinsallan: What do you suggest then? 45... b2? 46. Qh7+ Ke8 (forced) 47. Qh7+ Ke7 (forced) 48. Qe8# The mating net is same no matter what black does, unless he immediatly takes the pawn.

   Jun-17-09 Pillsbury vs E Chatard, 1900 (replies)

prinsallan: First two moves by black is stunningly bad- tempoloss ^^

Jun-17-09 S Von Freymann vs Alekhine, 1914 (replies)

prinsallan: Nicely played in the end here by Alekhine.

Jun-17-09 Tal vs Hjartarson, 1987 (replies)

prinsallan: Cool, I move away from checkmate and Tal sticks it to the man!
