"Common sense is a collection of prejudices acquired by the age of 18."A. Einstein. I dont play serious chess anymore just drop in here sometimes to entertain myself with the "common senses" of varous people.People like <kamikazeattack>, <bufon>, <lt col majid>, <pawnsgambit>, <DUS>, <microdot> make the world an entertaining place to live.

<acirce> and <HonzaCervenka> are my favourite kibitzers for various reasons. CG can become a wonderful community if only people start reading posts.

sheaf: <mack> more interesting trivia would be how many games do you know in which white moved all its pieces except the pawn on b2 and black didn't move rook on a8 knight on b8 and the pawn on f7 at all. yet white lost the game !!..

sheaf: < <zluria> If you have meant <The combination starting with <21.Rxc6!> is definitely insane!> and I'd agree with you. :D> If you both have meant <22.Rxc6> then I'd also agree with you.

sheaf: Very rarely does it happen that, a WC makes a decisive blunder right out of the opening..in this game the the novelty 12.b3 could very well be a decisive blunder..Although 18.Rc1 was awful.. I am not concerned about these games or tournaments, I want vishy to punish an evil...i.e ...

Nov-12-09 Anand vs Morozevich, 2009 (replies)

sheaf: <Maybe Moro was just happy to get out of one of these games with a half point.> ?? Moro was playing with black pieces..and he is on -2 in the tournament. Not the best situation to play for a win against a player who is in very good form and chose a solid opening.
