ALEKSANDER DELCHEV (born Jul-15-1971) Bulgaria [what is this?] Delchev was awarded the Grandmaster title in 1997. He was Bulgarian U20 champion in 1990 and 1991. He was Bulgarian champion in 1994, 1996, and 2001.
