Branko Damjlanovic was awarded the Grandmaster title in 1989. In 1979, he was the Yugoslav junior champion. He tied for the Yugoslav championship in 1989 and 1990. He won the Yugoslav championship in 1991 and 2001. At the 1996 Chess Olympiad, he was awarded the bronze medal for the best individual performance at board 2.

  wanabe2000: <wordfunph> Here you go. In 2008 Branko Damljanovic was the highest rated player in the Belgrade tournament. He finished 6.5/9 equal 10th a point behind the winner. He had a high of FIDE 2625 and played in the EICC 2009 and scored +4-4=3. Finally, one of my favorite books is "Yugoslav Chess Triumphs" by Trifunovic 1976 and I like doing research.
