DAO THIEN HAI (born May-10-1978) Vietnam (citizen of Vietnam) [what is this?] Grandmaster (1996) and World U16 champion of 1993. At the JAPFA 2005 Chess Classic International, Dao Thien Hai defeated Susanto Megaranto in a match (3-3 in six games under classical time controls, winning 5-4 in a blitz tiebreaker).
