Self introducion from her webside:

"Hi! My name is Irina Mikhailova (Umanskaya). I am from Moscow, Russia. I have got my international Women Grandmaster (WGM) title about ten years ago. I am a winner of many international and Russian chess-tournaments. As well, I have participated in many chess-championships of Europe and Russia. I am professional chess-coach. Since 1997 I started my pedagogical activity as a chess coach of highest qualification. The latter is supported by Diploma with distinction of the Coach high-chess-school (Moscow, 1992). In 2006 I defend my PhD thesis “Developing of advanced junior chess-players with help of chess software and Internet resources” on pedagogy. See my resume for details. "
