FIDE master. He won the Florida State Championship in 1986 and 1987. He won the Texas State Championship in 1990, 1991, 1992, 1993, and 1997. Ardaman won the South Carolina State Championship in 2001. He won the Georgia State Championship in 2005. He is a medical doctor and psychiatrist.
