OTTO ZANDER (born Aug-11-1886, died Jun-20-1938) Germany [what is this?] President of the Deutsche Schachbund (German Chess Union) from 1933 to 1938. He kicked out all Jews in the German Chess Union in July, 1933, when he became president of the DSB.
