Tabanus: WGM Sulennis Pina Vega, Cuba, born 8 January 1981. Now rated 2333, http://ratings.fide.com/card.phtml?...

WGM in 2002. Rated 2371 in 2002. ICC: bayamesa

Played in the olympiads 2000 (1st reserve), 2002 (board 2), 2004 (board 2), 2006 (board 1), and 2008 (board 3).

Placed 7th in World U18 Ch 1998. Placed 13th in World Junior Ch 2000. Pan-Am winner 2001 and thus qualified for the FIDE Knockout Matches 2001, but lost round 1 to Xu Yuanyuan. Also qualified in 2006, losing round 1 to Ekaterina Kovalevskaya.

Pan-Am winner 2005, placed 4th in 2007. I can't find any link to her being national champion - perhaps she was 2nd to Maritza Arribas who was Cuban champion 10 times.

Placed 5th in the Cuban championship 2009:
