TOIVO SALO (born Jan-22-1909, died Apr-05-1981) Finland [what is this?] Toivo Salo was born on the 22nd of January 1909 in Helsinki, Finland. He was Finnish Champion in 1938, 1949 and 1956 (after a play-off). He passed away in Helsinki in 1981.
