It was a particularly strong tournament,won by Tolush; Levenfish was second.Klaman,Taimanov,Chekhover,Lisitsyn,Furman,Kopyl- ov,Stoliar also played there http://www.rogerpaige.me.uk/Tables 17.htm In 1949 the championship was even stronger (Bondarevsky,Shamkovich,Zhukhovitsky,Borisenko played too) - Vasilev tied for the second place http://www.rogerpaige.me.uk/Tables 20.htm
