Okay... Where to begin? .. Right.. Sometime during late 2009-early 2010 i got the chess bug again after a good 20 yrs of not playing.. I began looking on the net for places to play, and i stumbled upon this website where i immediately joined under the name <markcf>.. The very first post i made was at <JFQ>'s place (whom i NOW consider a good friend) and Jess wasn't happy at what i wrote, replied to my comment and immediately put me on ignore.. I had no idea at that time you could stop people posting in your forum, and i wanted to ask why i was being ignored after a seemingly innocent post and i noticed Jess was friendly with a guy named <LIFE Master AJ> so i went and posted at his forum and very politely asked him if he could speak to Jess and ask her what i'd done wrong... And this is where my problems began! <LMAJ> deleted my post, put me on ignore with a warning not to use his forum as a bulletin board, and went posting at <JFQ>'s forum bragging about what he'd just done! Well considering id just joined i thought this out of order and told him on a game page, where i could post.. An argument ensued, and i got banned that very first day!! So yes i came back under new handles with the intention of telling LMAJ exactly what i thought of that underhand little trick.. Same result! Banned again! It wasn't until i joined with good intentions (just like the first time i joined) under the handle <Lennonfan> that my problems *really* began.. I admit i acted up, but i never planned this.. I was accused by LMAJ of a very, very serious inprisonable offence, so i went "mad".. Same result, i get banned again!! I thought "I like the site, some helpful people there, i'll rejoin, stay away from LMAJ, and do what i came to do in the first place... Learn from people who could help me improve".. My new handle would be <ProjectR> (R for redemption!). Everything was going fine until a certain user found out i was <Lennonfan> and IMO tried bribing me by threatening to out me.. Again i got banned because i admitted who i was, and by then i was really really angry.. I decided to give it one last shot as id actually made a few friends by this time, plus i just love playing chess... I came back as <nemesistic> and things were going really great.. But i just couldn't resist taking "harmless, jokey jabs" at LMAJ (and others) with no real malice, and along with 6 others (including LMAJ) were given a weeks suspension.. No problem! I came back with good intentions, put LMAJ on ignore and got on with things.. However this is obviously not the whole story as in between id made some serious accusations towards an innocent man myself <Domdaniel>, but once id realised id "got the wrong guy", i apologised publicly, and he accepted my apology for which i thank him.. In between my above handles id created handles for the SOLE PURPOSE of coming back and attacking the people who were talking about me in my absence, i just didn't realise how cliqey this site was! I felt hard done by... After all, when i first joined i had no idea what some people, chess players with titles, grown men, would "tell tales" on one another, and even now i still find this pathetic and id rather confront a person i had a problem with than blow whistles etc...(il never understand that!) Soooooo im far from an angel, but also not the devil.. Id like to say thanks to people like FSR, Annie K, Hms123, JFQ, Domdaniel, Harrylime and others im no doubt forgetting, for their help.. Some people here are really funny guys too, and i consider myself to have a good sarcastic sense of humor, which obviously isn't to everyones taste! Thing is my temper sometimes clouds my humor, so as long as im not angry with someone here, im happy :).. Id like to apologise to Brankat, morfishine and countless others too...But mainly Daniel Freeman.. I dont wish to be seen as a problem. My intentions are good, i just dont and never will understand why grown adults "snitch" on each other, or follow them round pointing out what the rules are, and interfering to the point they dig into someones personal lives.. Right glad thats done!!

I guess i'll get round to chess itself soon lol..

In the words of tipsy star... Smiles everyone, smiles..;)

Oh yeh! I started playing age 7, iv'e won countless medals and trophys, even representing my county at age 10, always in the local rag, school i attended even used to pay me and my dads B&B bills when i played in open tourneys... Then around age 12 something happened in my personal life, so I gave up the game.

I believe CG should ban all Filipponions from the Wesley So page, or even close the page down, that way the fanatical, nationalistic, racist, offensive, fundamental So "fans" can find another site, or open a So tribute page on facebook where they can delude themselves till their little hearts are content??

Magnus Carlsen Is the most "watchable" chess player around right now, and he just happens to be Wesley So's hero too!!

RULE BRITTANIA :)
